The National Kidney Foundation of Indiana will host a free cooking demonstration May 20.
A chef will teach participants how to make meals from 7-8 p.m. at the J Everett Light Career Center on North Central High School’s campus, 1901 E. 86th St. The goal is to cook healthy food that still has flavor. Samples of the dish will be provided.
