The Beech Grove High School Winter Percussion group will perform at the Hullman Center at Indiana State University on Saturday, March 29 for the Indiana Percussion Association’s State Final Competition. This is the first time since 2017 the winter percussion group has earned a spot in the State Final competition. They earned the spot during the preliminary competition at Avon High School on March 22, also earning their highest score during the 2025 season.

Tickets can be purchased on the IPA website, and are $16 for senior citizens and students, $20 for adults, and $64 for a family of four. A parking garage is available at the event for $5 per vehicle.

Those interested in volunteering during the event can also sign up on the IPA website. Volunteers will receive a free T-shirt, complimentary meal, a free ticket to the event, community service credit, and a donation to the volunteer’s school band program.
