There are several businesses and organizations in Beech Grove that have taken the time and effort to reinvest in the local community through Beech Grove Band Boosters and Beech Grove Little League (Photo Credit: Beech Grove Band Boosters).
Beech Grove Band Boosters
The Beech Grove Band Boosters supports the Beech Grove Marching Band, which has a full schedule of events this May as preparations for the upcoming season ramp up. Parents of students interested in participating are required to attend a meeting on May 15 at 6 p.m. in the Beech Grove High School choir room, and a $100 deposit is required to reserve a student’s spot for the fall marching season.

Several businesses in the community support the Beech Grove Band Boosters.
“A huge supporter of our program is from KTI Designs. He is an alumni parent who makes our props and helps us on competition days,” said Alisha Ferguson, president of the Beech Grove Band Boosters.
The Beech Grove Band Boosters has several other sponsors including Brian Seyfert – State Farm Insurance Agent, Beech Grove Bowl, Indy Roof & Restoration and the Beech Grove Education Foundation. They are currently seeking new sponsors this year for their trailer and shirts for the Beech Grove Marching Band.
The 2025 Beech Grove Marching Band T-shirt Design Contest is currently underway. Designs must include the 2025 show name, use no more than three colors, and be submitted by June 7 to be********************@***il.com. The winning design will be selected by student vote via the Band App.

Beech Grove Little League
Beech Grove Little League is a baseball program with divisions for ages 4-16. “We believe this league is for the children, with a priority on having fun while building confidence and strong character in our youth,” according to the organization’s Facebook page.
Those interested in supporting the organization can attend an upcoming fundraising event at Victory Field.
The event is a Youth Baseball Clinic at Victory Field on May 28. Gates open at 5 p.m., with the clinic beginning shortly after with introductions to Indians coaches and players. Kids 14 and under will then be able to head onto the field to learn core baseball and softball skills including pitching, fielding, catching and baserunning directly from team members. The clinic is free with the purchase of a game ticket.
